English translation

[3402] (...) It was narrated that 'Abdullâh said: "We entered upon him and I was the youngest of the people..." a Hadîth like theirs (no. 3401), but he did not mention (the phrase): "It was not long before I got married."

Arabic text

(1400) حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأَشَجُّ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: دَخَلْنَا عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَحْدَثُ الْقَوْمِ. بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِهِمْ. وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ: فَلَمْ أَلْبَثْ حَتَّى تَزَوَّجْتُ
