[3439] 36 - (...) Abû Hurairah said: “The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ forbade a man to be married to a woman and her paternal aunt, or to a woman and her maternal aunt.” Ibn Shihâb said: “We think that the maternal aunt of her father and the paternal aunt of her father come under the same ruling.”
36 - (1408) وحَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ ذُؤَيْبٍ الْكَعْبِيُّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَجْمَعَ الرَّجُلُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا، وَبَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَخَالَتِهَا»، قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ: «فَنُرَى خَالَةَ أَبِيهَا، وَعَمَّةَ أَبِيهَا بِتِلْكَ الْمَنْزِلَةِ»
