[3472] 63 - (1418) It was narrated that 'Uqbah bin 'Amir said: "The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: 'The condition which most deserves to be fulfilled is that by means of which intimacy becomes permissible for you.'" This is the wording of the Hadīth of Abū Bakr and Ibn Al-Muthanna, except that Ibn Al-Muthanna said: "conditions".
63 - (1418) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى وَهُوَ الْقَطَّانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ مَرْثَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْيَزَنِيِّ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ أَحَقَّ الشَّرْطِ أَنْ يُوفَى بِهِ، مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ الْفُرُوجَ»، هَذَا لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، وَابْنِ الْمُثَنَّى، غَيْرَ أَنَّ ابْنَ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ: «الشُّرُوطِ»
