English translation

[3511] 98 - (...) It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said: "If one of you is invited to a wedding feast, let him accept."

Arabic text

98 - (1429) حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا دُعِيَ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى وَلِيمَةِ عُرْسٍ، فَلْيُجِبْ»
