[3707] 43 - (...) Ash-Sha'bî said:“We entered upon Fāṭimah bint Qais and she offered us fresh dates and Sawīq. We asked her about the woman who has been thrice divorced - where should she observe her Iddah? She said: ‘My husband divorced me three times, and the Prophet ﷺ gave me permission to observe my Iddah among my family.’”
43 - (1480) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْهُجَيْمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا قُرَّةُ، حَدَّثَنَا سَيَّارٌ أَبُو الْحَكَمِ، حَدَّثَنَا الشَّعْبِيُّ، قَالَ: دَخَلْنَا عَلَى فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ، فَأَتْحَفَتْنَا بِرُطَبِ ابْنِ طَابٍ، وَسَقَتْنَا سَوِيقَ سُلْتٍ، فَسَأَلْتُهَا عَنِ الْمُطَلَّقَةِ ثَلَاثًا، أَيْنَ تَعْتَدُّ؟ قَالَتْ: «طَلَّقَنِي بَعْلِي ثَلَاثًا، فَأَذِنَ لِي النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ أَعْتَدَّ فِي أَهْلِي»
