[3877] 58 - (1538) Abû Hurairah said: "The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said: 'Do not sell produce until it becomes ripe, and do not sell fresh dates for dry dates.'" Ibn Shihâb said: "Sâlim bin Abdullâh bin ‘Umar narrated a similar report to me from his father from the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ."
58 - (1538) وحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، وَحَرْمَلَةُ، وَاللَّفْظُ لِحَرْمَلَةَ، قَالَا: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ، وَأَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا تَبْتَاعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ، وَلَا تَبْتَاعُوا الثَّمَرَ بِالتَّمْرِ»، قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ: وَحَدَّثَنِي سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ سَوَاءً
