[3888] 68 - (...) It was narrated from Bushair bin Yasâr, that the Companions of the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said: "The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ granted a concession with regard to the sale of 'Ariyyah for an estimated measure of dried dates."
68 - (1540) وحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا: «رَخَّصَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرِيَّةِ بِخَرْصِهَا تَمْرًا»،
