English translation
[3919] 90 - (...). It was narrated that Jâbir bin 'Abdullâh said: "The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ forbade taking rent or a share for land."

90 - (1536) وحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَلَّى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الرَّازِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ الْأَخْنَسِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُؤْخَذَ لِلْأَرْضِ أَجْرٌ، أَوْ حَظٌّ»
