English translation
[3930] 101 - (...). It was narrated that Jābir said: "The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ forbade selling years ahead." According to the report of Ibn Abī Shaibah: (the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ forbade) "Selling produce for years ahead."

101 - (1536) وحَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، قَالُوا: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَتِيقٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: «نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّنِينَ»، وَفِي رِوَايَةِ ابْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ: عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ سِنِينَ
