English translation
[3988] (...) A Hadîth like that of Zuhair (no. 3988) was narrated from Yahyâ bin Sa'eed with this chain. Ibn Rumh said in his report: "Any man who becomes bankrupt."

(1559) - حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، جَمِيعًا عَنِ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ، وَيَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبٍ الْحَارِثِيُّ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، وَيَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَحَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، كُلُّ هَؤُلَاءِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، فِي هَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ بِمَعْنَى حَدِيثِ زُهَيْرٍ، وقَالَ ابْنُ رُمْحٍ مِنْ بَيْنِهِمْ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ: «أَيُّمَا امْرِئٍ فُلِّسَ»
