English translation

[4203] (...) It was narrated from Qatâdah (a Hadîth similar to no. 4201) with this chain, except that he said: "part of the estate of its owner" or he said, "permissible."

Arabic text

(1626) - وحَدَّثَنِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ، غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «مِيرَاثٌ لِأَهْلِهَا»، أَوْ قَالَ: «جَائِزَةٌ»
