[4206] 3 - (...) A Hadîth like that of 'Ubaidullâh (no. 4205) was narrated from Nâfi' from Ibn 'Umar, from the Prophet ﷺ, and they said: "Who has anything to be bequeathed." But in the Hadîth of Ayyûb it says: "that he wants to bequeath," like the report of Yahyâ from 'Ubaidullâh.
3 - (1627) وحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ، ح وحَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُلَيَّةَ، كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، ح وحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، ح وحَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ اللَّيْثِيُّ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعْدٍ، كُلُّهُمْ عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، وَقَالُوا جَمِيعًا: «لَهُ شَيْءٌ يُوصِي فِيهِ»، إِلَّا فِي حَدِيثِ أَيُّوبَ، فَإِنَّهُ قَالَ: «يُرِيدُ أَنْ يُوصِيَ فِيهِ»، كَرِوَايَةِ يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ
