[4213] (...) A similar report (as no. 4212) was narrated from Simāk with, but he did not say: "After that, one-third was permissible."

(1628) - وحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فَكَانَ بَعْدُ الثُّلُثُ جَائِزًا
