[4332] 53 - (1503) Shu'bah narrated with this chain (a Hadīth similar to no. 4331): He said: "Whoever frees a share of a slave, he should be freed using his wealth."

Arabic text

53 - (1503) وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ، قَالَ: «مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شَقِيصًا مِنْ مَمْلُوكٍ، فَهُوَ حُرٌّ مِنْ مَالِهِ»
