[4334] 55 - (...) It was narrated from Ibn Abī 'Arūbah with (a different chain, a Hadīth similar to no. 4333). In the Hadīth of 'Eisa it says: "Then let him work for the manumission of the part that has not been freed, without being overburdened."
55 - (1503) وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، قَالَا: أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، جَمِيعًا عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ، وَفِي حَدِيثِ عِيسَى: «ثُمَّ يُسْتَسْعَى فِي نَصِيبِ الَّذِي لَمْ يُعْتِقْ غَيْرَ مَشْقُوقٍ عَلَيْهِ»
