[4468] 46 - (...) It was narrated from Abū Hurairah that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "There is no Diyah for injuries caused by falling into a well. There is no Diyah for injuries suffered when working in a mine. There is no Diyah for injuries caused by an animal. And the Khums is due on buried treasure."
46 - (1710) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحِ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ الْعَلَاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «الْبِئْرُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جَرْحُهُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمْسُ»،
