[4835] 89 - (...) It was narrated from ‘Urwah that ‘Aîshah told him about the women's oath of allegiance. She said: "The hand of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ never touched the hand of a woman. When he had accepted a woman's oath of allegiance he said: 'Go, for I have accepted your oath of allegiance.'"
89 - (1866) وحَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأَيْلِيُّ، وَأَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، قَالَ أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ: أَخْبَرَنَا، وقَالَ هَارُونُ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ، أَخْبَرَتْهُ، عَنْ بَيْعَةِ النِّسَاءِ، قَالَتْ: مَا مَسَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدِهِ امْرَأَةً قَطُّ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْخُذَ عَلَيْهَا، فَإِذَا أَخَذَ عَلَيْهَا، فَأَعْطَتْهُ، قَالَ: «اذْهَبِي، فَقَدْ بَايَعْتُكِ»
