[59] It was narrated that Sufyân said: "I heard Jâbir narrating nearly thirty thousand Ahâdith, but I would not allow myself to mention any of them, even if I had such-and-such." [Muslim said]: I heard Abû Ghassân Muḥammad bin 'Amr al-Râzî say: "I asked Jarîr bin 'Abdul-Hamîd: 'Did you meet Al-Hârith bin Ḥaşîrah?' He said: 'Yes, he was a very quiet old man, who is hiding something serious.'"
