[5923] 12 - (2268) It was narrated from Jâbir that the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said: "Whoever sees me in a dream has indeed seen me, for the Shaitân cannot appear in my form." And he said: "If one of you has a bad dream, let him not tell anyone of how the Shaitân toyed with him in his sleep."
12 - (2268) وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ رَآنِي فِي النَّوْمِ فَقَدْ رَآنِي، إِنَّهُ لَا يَنْبَغِي لِلشَّيْطَانِ أَنْ يَتَمَثَّلَ فِي صُورَتِي» وَقَالَ: «إِذَا حَلَمَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلَا يُخْبِرْ أَحَدًا بِتَلَعُّبِ الشَّيْطَانِ بِهِ فِي الْمَنَامِ»
