[6175] 6 - (...) It was narrated from 'Abdullâh that the Prophet ﷺ said: "If I were to have taken any of the people of earth as a Khalîl, I would have taken the son of Abû Quhâfah as a Khalîl, but your companion is Allâh's Khalîl."
6 - (2383) حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ - قَالَ: إِسْحَاقُ، أَخْبَرَنَا وقَالَ الْآخَرَانِ: حَدَّثَنَا - جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ وَاصِلِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي الْهُذَيْلِ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «لَوْ كُنْتُ مُتَّخِذًا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ خَلِيلًا، لَاتَّخَذْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي قُحَافَةَ خَلِيلًا، وَلَكِنْ صَاحِبُكُمْ خَلِيلُ اللهِ»
