English translation

[6200] 21 - (2395) It was narrated from Abū Hurairah that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "While I was sleeping, I saw myself in Paradise, and there was a woman performing Wudū' beside a palace. I said: 'To whom does this belong?' They said: 'To 'Umar bin Al-Khaṭṭāb.' Then I remembered the protective jealousy of 'Umar, so I turned away." Abū Hurairah said: " 'Umar wept, and we were all in that gathering with the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ. Then 'Umar said: 'May my father and mother be sacrificed for you, O Messenger of Allāh; would I feel jealous towards you?'"
