Text and translation

English translation

[6237] (...) It was narrated from 'Amir bin Sa'd that his father said that the Prophet ﷺ mentioned both his parents together for him on the Day of Uhud. An idolater man was attacking the Muslims fiercely and the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said to him: "Shoot, may my father and mother be ransomed for you!" So I shot him with an arrow that had no head, and I hit him in his side and he fell down, and his 'Awrah was uncovered. The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ smiled so broadly that I could see his molars.
