English translation

[6646] 109 - (2610) It was narrated that Sulaiman bin Ṣurad said: "Two men traded insults in the presence of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ. The eyes of one of them turned red and the veins on his neck stood out. The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: 'I know a word which, if he said it, what he is feeling would go away: A'ūdhu Billāhi min ash-shaītānir-rajīm (I seek refuge with Allāh from the accursed Shaitān).'" The man said: 'Do you think I am possessed?'"
