English translation

[7242] 6 - (2883) It was narrated that Umayyah bin Şafwân heard his grandfather 'Abdullâh bin Şafwân say: Hâfşah told me that she heard the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ say: "An army will seek to attack this House, then when they are in a plain, the middle of them will be swallowed up by the earth, and the front (of the army) will call out to the back, then they will be swallowed up, and there will be no one left but one fugitive who will tell their story." A man said: "I bear witness that you are not telling a lie about Hâfşah, and I bear witness that Hâfşah did not tell a lie about the Prophet ﷺ."
