[7387] 120 - (...) Ash-Sha’bī said: “We entered upon Fātimah bint Qais, and she offered us the kind of fresh dates that are called Ibn Tāb, and she gave us Sawīq Sult to drink. I asked her about the woman who has been thrice divorced – where should she observe her Iddah? She said: 'My husband divorced me three times, and the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ gave me permission to observe my Iddah among my family. Then the call was given to the people: "Prayer is being gathered for," so I went out with the people.' She said: 'I was in the front row of the women, the row that was nearest the back row of the men. I heard the Prophet ﷺ speaking from the Minbar. He said: "The cousins of Tamīm Ad-Dārī traveled by sea..." and he quoted the Hadīth (similar to no. 7387) and added: "It is as if I can see the Prophet ﷺ, pointing at the ground with his stick and saying: 'This is Taibah,' meaning Al-Madīnah."

120 - (2942) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبٍ الْحَارِثِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْهُجَيْمِيُّ أَبُو عُثْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا قُرَّةُ، حَدَّثَنَا سَيَّارٌ أَبُو الْحَكَمِ، حَدَّثَنَا الشَّعْبِيُّ، قَالَ: دَخَلْنَا عَلَى فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ، فَأَتْحَفَتْنَا بِرُطَبٍ يُقَالُ لَهُ رُطَبُ ابْنِ طَابٍ، وَأَسْقَتْنَا سَوِيقَ سُلْتٍ، فَسَأَلْتُهَا عَنِ الْمُطَلَّقَةِ ثَلَاثًا أَيْنَ تَعْتَدُّ؟ قَالَتْ: طَلَّقَنِي بَعْلِي ثَلَاثًا، فَأَذِنَ لِي النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ أَعْتَدَّ فِي أَهْلِي، قَالَتْ: فَنُودِيَ فِي النَّاسِ: إِنَّ الصَّلَاةَ جَامِعَةً، قَالَتْ: فَانْطَلَقْتُ فِيمَنِ انْطَلَقَ مِنَ النَّاسِ، قَالَتْ: فَكُنْتُ فِي الصَّفِّ الْمُقَدَّمِ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ، وَهُوَ يَلِي الْمُؤَخَّرَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ، قَالَتْ: فَسَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَخْطُبُ، فَقَالَ: «إِنَّ بَنِي عَمٍّ لِتَمِيمٍ الدَّارِيِّ رَكِبُوا فِي الْبَحْرِ» وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ وَزَادَ فِيهِ: قَالَتْ: فَكَأَنَّمَا أَنْظُرُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَأَهْوَى بِمِخْصَرَتِهِ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ، وَقَالَ: «هَذِهِ طَيْبَةُ» يَعْنِي الْمَدِينَةَ،
