English translation

[7388] 121 - (...) It was narrated that Fāṭimah bint Qais said: "Tamīm Ad-Dārī came to the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ, and he told the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ that he had traveled by sea, and the ship had lost its way, and landed at an island. He went out to it seeking water, and he met a person who was dragging his hair..." and he (the sub narrator) narrated the Hadīth (similar to no. 7387), and he said in it: "If permission is given to me to emerge, I will cover the whole land, except Taibah.' The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ brought him out to the people and told them, and he said: "This is Taibah, and that is the Dajjâl."

121 - (2942) وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ النَّوْفَلِيُّ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ غَيْلَانَ بْنَ جَرِيرٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ، قَالَتْ: قَدِمَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَمِيمٌ الدَّارِيُّ، فَأَخْبَرَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ رَكِبَ الْبَحْرَ فَتَاهَتْ بِهِ سَفِينَتُهُ، فَسَقَطَ إِلَى جَزِيرَةٍ، فَخَرَجَ إِلَيْهَا يَلْتَمِسُ الْمَاءَ، فَلَقِيَ إِنْسَانًا يَجُرُّ شَعَرَهُ، وَاقْتَصَّ الْحَدِيثَ، وَقَالَ فِيهِ: ثُمَّ قَالَ: أَمَا إِنَّهُ لَوْ قَدْ أُذِنَ لِي فِي الْخُرُوجِ قَدْ وَطِئْتُ الْبِلَادَ كُلَّهَا، غَيْرَ طَيْبَةَ، فَأَخْرَجَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى النَّاسِ فَحَدَّثَهُمْ، قَالَ: «هَذِهِ طَيْبَةُ وَذَاكَ الدَّجَّالُ»،
