narrated from Abü Sa'eed Al- KhudrI that the Messenger of Allah said: "Do not write down what I say, and whoever has written down anything from me other than the Qur'ân, let him erase it. Narrate from me, and there is nothing wrong with that, but whoever tells a lie about me" - Hammâm (a sub narrator) said: "I think he said: 'deliberately" - "let him take his place in the Fire."
72 - (3004) حَدَّثَنَا هَدَّابُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا تَكْتُبُوا عَنِّي، وَمَنْ كَتَبَ عَنِّي غَيْرَ الْقُرْآنِ فَلْيَمْحُهُ، وَحَدِّثُوا عَنِّي، وَلَا حَرَجَ، وَمَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ - قَالَ هَمَّامٌ: أَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ - مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ "
