English translation

[1071] 205 - (477) It was narrated that Abū Sa'eed Al-Khudrī said: "When the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ raised his head after bowing, he would say: 'Rabbânâ lakal-ḥamdu mil'as-samâwâtī wa mil'al-ardī wa mil'u mā shi'ta min shai'in ba'du, ahlath-thanâ'i wal-majdi, ahaqqu mā qâlal-'abd, wa kullunâ laka 'abd. Allāhumma! Lâ manî'a limâ a'taita, wa lâ mu'ṭi limâ man'at, wa lâ yanfa'u dhâl-jaddi minkal-jadd. (Our Lord, to You be praise, filling the heavens, filling the earth, and filling whatever You will besides that. Lord of Glory and Majesty. The truest words that a slave can say, and all of us are Your slaves. O Allâh, none can withhold what You bestow and none can bestow what You withhold, nor can the fortune of the fortunate avail him anything before You.)”
