English translation

[1113] 243 - (500) It was narrated that 'Āishah said: "The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ was asked about the Sutrah (screen) for one who is praying. He said: 'Like the back of a saddle.'"

243 - (500) حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ سُتْرَةِ الْمُصَلِّي؟ فَقَالَ: «مِثْلُ مُؤْخِرَةِ الرَّحْلِ»
