English translation

[1261] (...) Abû Hurairah said: "I heard the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ say..." a similar report (as no. 1260).

Arabic text

(568) وحَدَّثَنِيهِ زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُقْرِئُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْأَسْوَدِ، يَقُولُ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ، مَوْلَى شَدَّادٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ بِمِثْلِهِ
