[1317] 121 - (...) It was narrated from Abū Maʿbad, the freed slave of Ibn ‘Abbās, that he heard Bukhair narrate that Ibn ‘Abbās said: “We only knew that the prayer of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ had ended from the Takbīr.” ‘Amr said: “I mentioned that to Abū Maʿbad and he denied it, and said: ‘I did not narrate this to you.’” ‘Amr said: “But he had told me that before.”
121 - (583) حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْبَدٍ، مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ يُخْبِرُ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: «مَا كُنَّا نَعْرِفُ انْقِضَاءَ صَلَاةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَّا بِالتَّكْبِيرِ» قَالَ عَمْرٌو: " فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِأَبِي مَعْبَدٍ فَأَنْكَرَهُ، وَقَالَ: لَمْ أُحَدِّثْكَ بِهَذَا، قَالَ عَمْرٌو: وَقَدِ اَخْبَرَنِيهِ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ "
