English translation
[1339] (...) A similar report (as no. 1328) was narrated from Al-Mughîrah from the Prophet ﷺ. Abû Bakr and Abû Kuraib said in their reports: "He (i.e. warrâd) said: 'Al-Mughîrah dictated this to me, and I wrote it to Mu'âwiyah.'"

(593) وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ، قَالُوا: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ، عَنْ وَرَّادٍ مَوْلَى الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ. قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ فِي رِوَايَتِهِمَا: قَالَ فَأَمْلَاهَا عَلَيَّ الْمُغِيرَةُ، وَكَتَبْتُ بِهَا إِلَى مُعَاوِيَةَ
