[1605] 27 - (...) It was narrated that 'Abdul-Ḥamīd said: "I heard 'Abdullāh bin Al-Ḥārīth say: "Abdullāh bin 'Abbās addressed us on a rainy day..." and he quoted a Hadīth like that of Ibn 'Ulayyah (no. 1604), but he did not mention Jumu'ah. And he said: "One who is better than me did it, meaning the Prophet ﷺ." Abū Kāmil said: "Hammād narrated something similar to us from 'Āsim, from 'Abdullāh bin Al-Ḥārīth."
27 - (699) وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ: خَطَبَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فِي يَوْمٍ ذِي رَدْغٍ، وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ بِمَعْنَى حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عُلَيَّةَ، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ الْجُمُعَةَ، وَقَالَ: قَدْ فَعَلَهُ مَنْ هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنِّي - يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَقَالَ أَبُو كَامِلٍ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بِنَحْوِهِ،
