[2075] 6 - (896) It was narrated from Anas bin Mâlik that the Prophet ﷺ prayed for rain, and he gestured with the backs of his hands towards the sky.

٦ - (٨٩٦) وحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ. حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى. حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ؛ أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اسْتَسْقَى. فَأَشَارَ بِظَهْرِ كَفَّيْهِ إليه.
