English translation

[2506] 10 - (...) 'Amr bin Dînâr narrated that he heard Ibn 'Umar [may Allâh be pleased with them] say: "I heard the Prophet ﷺ say: 'The month is like this and like this and like this,' and he tucked away his thumb the third time."

10 - (1080) حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «الشَّهْرُ هَكَذَا، وَهَكَذَا، وَهَكَذَا» وَقَبَضَ إِبْهَامَهُ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ
