[2848] 53 - (1194) It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbâs [may Allâh be pleased with them] said: “As-Ša'b bin Jaththâmah gave the Prophet ﷺ a gift of some onager meat when he was in Ihrâm, and he refused it and said: ‘Were it not that we are in Ihrâm, we would have accepted it from you.’”
53 - (1194) وحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: أَهْدَى الصَّعْبُ بْنُ جَثَّامَةَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِمَارَ وَحْشٍ، وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، فَرَدَّهُ عَلَيْهِ، وَقَالَ: «لَوْلَا أَنَّا مُحْرِمُونَ، لَقَبِلْنَاهُ مِنْكَ»
