[2969] 164 - (1225) It was narrated that Ghunaim bin Qais said: "I asked Sa'd bin Abî Waqqâs [may Allâh be pleased with them] about Mut'ah (Tamattu) and he said: 'We did that, and at that time he was a disbeliever in the houses of Makkah.'"[1]
164 - (1225) وحَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، وَابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، جَمِيعًا عَنِ الْفَزَارِيِّ، قَالَ سَعِيدٌ: حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ التَّيْمِيُّ، عَنْ غُنَيْمِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ سَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ الْمُتْعَةِ؟ فَقَالَ: «فَعَلْنَاهَا وَهَذَا يَوْمَئِذٍ كَافِرٌ بِالْعُرُشِ، يَعْنِي بُيُوتَ مَكَّةَ»
