[3007] 196 - (1239) Muslim al-Qurri heard Ibn 'Abbâs [may Allâh be pleased with them] say: “The Prophet ﷺ entered Ihrâm for Umrah, and his Companions entered Ihrâm for Hajj. The Prophet ﷺ did not exit Ihrâm and neither did those of his Companions who had brought sacrificial animals, but the rest of them exited Ihrâm. Talhah bin 'Ubaidullâh was one of those who had brought a sacrificial animal, so he did not exit Ihrâm.”
196 - (1239) وحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمٌ الْقُرِّيُّ، سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، يَقُولُ: «أَهَلَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِعُمْرَةٍ وَأَهَلَّ أَصْحَابُهُ بِحَجٍّ، فَلَمْ يَحِلَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَا مَنْ سَاقَ الْهَدْيَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ، وَحَلَّ بَقِيَّتُهُمْ» فَكَانَ طَلْحَةُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ فِيمَنْ سَاقَ الْهَدْيَ فَلَمْ يَحِلَّ "
