English translation

[3224] (...) It was narrated from 'Aishah that she told the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ that Ṣafīyah had got her menses... a Hadīth like that of (ibn Shihāb) Az-Zuhrī (no. 3222).

(1211) وحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ح وحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، كُلُّهُمْ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا ذَكَرَتْ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ صَفِيَّةَ قَدْ حَاضَتْ بِمَعْنَى حَدِيثِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
