English translation
[3297] 441 - (1352) Al-'Alâ' bin Al-Ḥaḍramî said: "I heard the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ say: 'The Muhâjir may stay in Makkah for three (days) after completing Hajj,' and it is as if he said: 'and no more than that.'"

441 - (1352) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ بْنِ قَعْنَبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ بِلَالٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، يَسْأَلُ السَّائِبَ بْنَ يَزِيدَ، يَقُولُ: هَلْ سَمِعْتَ فِي الْإِقَامَةِ بِمَكَّةَ شَيْئًا؟ فَقَالَ السَّائِبُ: سَمِعْتُ الْعَلَاءَ بْنَ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «لِلْمُهَاجِرِ إِقَامَةُ ثَلَاثٍ بَعْدَ الصَّدَرِ بِمَكَّةَ»، «كَأَنَّهُ يَقُولُ لَا يَزِيدُ عَلَيْهَا»
