[3438] 35 - (...) It was narrated that Abû Hurairah said: “I heard the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ say: ‘Do not marry a paternal aunt when you are already married to her brother’s daughter, and do not marry the sister’s daughter when you are already married to the maternal aunt.’”
35 - (1408) وحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ بْنِ قَعْنَبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، قَالَ ابْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ: - مَدَنِيٌّ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ مِنْ وَلَدِ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ بْنِ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ - عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ ذُؤَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «لَا تُنْكَحُ الْعَمَّةُ عَلَى بِنْتِ الْأَخِ، وَلَا ابْنَةُ الْأُخْتِ عَلَى الْخَالَةِ»
