[3453] 48 - (1411) It was narrated from Yazîd bin Al-Aṣamm: "Maimûnah bint Al-Hârith told me that the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ married her when he was not in Ihram." He said: "She was my maternal aunt and the maternal aunt of Ibn 'Abbâs."
48 - (1411) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو فَزَارَةَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ، حَدَّثَتْنِي مَيْمُونَةُ بِنْتُ الْحَارِثِ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ»، قَالَ: «وَكَانَتْ خَالَتِي، وَخَالَةَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ»
