English translation
[3793] (...) It was narrated from Al-Aʿmash with this chain (a Hadath similar to no. 3792), except that he said: “Whoever takes people other than those who set him free as Mawla without their permission...”

(1508) وحَدَّثَنِيهِ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «وَمَنْ وَالَى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ»
