English translation

[3817] (...) Shu'bah narrated with this chain (a Hadīth similar to no. 3816) that - according to the Hadīth of Ghundar and Wahb, "it was forbidden;" and according to the Hadīth of 'Abdus-Šamad; "The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ forbade..." a Hadīth like that of Mu'ādḥ from Shu'bah.

(1515) - وحَدَّثَنِيهِ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، قَالُوا جَمِيعًا: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ فِي حَدِيثِ غُنْدَرٍ، وَوَهْبٍ: نُهِيَ، وَفِي حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى، بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ مُعَاذٍ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ
