[3913] 85 - (...) It was narrated that Jâbir bin 'Abdullâh said: "The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ forbade Muhâqalah, Muzâbanah, Mu'awamah and Mukhâbarah - one of them said: selling years ahead is Mu'awamah - and exemption of something unspecified, but he granted a concession with regard to 'Arâyâ."
85 - (1536) حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الْغُبَرِيُّ، وَاللَّفْظُ لِعُبَيْدِ اللهِ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، وَسَعِيدِ بْنِ مِينَاءَ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ، وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ، وَالْمُعَاوَمَةِ، وَالْمُخَابَرَةِ - قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا: بَيْعُ السِّنِينَ هِيَ الْمُعَاوَمَةُ - وَعَنِ الثُّنْيَا، وَرَخَّصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا "،
