English translation
[3915] 86 - (...) It was narrated that Jâbir bin 'Abdullâh said: "The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ forbade leasing out land, selling it years ahead and selling produce until it is good (i.e. ready to eat)."

86 - (1536) وحَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا رَبَاحُ بْنُ أَبِي مَعْرُوفٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءً، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ، وَعَنْ بَيْعِهَا السِّنِينَ، وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَطِيبَ»
