English translation

[3933] 104 - (1545) It was narrated that Abû Hurairah said: "The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ forbade Muhâqalah and Muzâbanah."

Arabic text

١٠٤ - (١٥٤٥) حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ. حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ (يَعْنِي ابن عبد الرحمن القاري) عن سهيل ابن أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ. قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ.
