[3979] 16 - (...) It was narrated from Anas that the Prophet ﷺ said: "If Allâh, the Mighty and Sublime, did not cause the fruit (to grow), on what basis do you regard your brother's wealth as permissible?"

16 - (1555) حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنْ لَمْ يُثْمِرْهَا اللهُ، فَبِمَ يَسْتَحِلُّ أَحَدُكُمْ مَالَ أَخِيهِ؟»
