[4085] 98 - (1595) It was narrated that Abû Sa'eed said: "We were given dates of mixed quality at the time of the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ, and we used to sell two Ṣâ' for one. News of that reached the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ and he said: 'Do not sell two Ṣâ' of dates for one, or two Ṣâ' of wheat for one, or two Dirham for one.'"
98 - (1595) حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ شَيْبَانَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: كُنَّا نُرْزَقُ تَمْرَ الْجَمْعِ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَهُوَ الْخِلْطُ مِنَ التَّمْرِ، فَكُنَّا نَبِيعُ صَاعَيْنِ بِصَاعٍ، فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: «لَا صَاعَيْ تَمْرٍ بِصَاعٍ، وَلَا صَاعَيْ حِنْطَةٍ بِصَاعٍ، وَلَا دِرْهَمَ بِدِرْهَمَيْنِ»
