[4119] 128 - (...) It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbâs said: "When the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ came (to Al-Madînah), the people used to pay in advance. The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ said to them: 'Whoever pays in advance, let him not pay in advance except for a specified measure and a specified weight.'"
128 - (1604) حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمِنْهَالِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَالنَّاسُ يُسْلِفُونَ، فَقَالَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ أَسْلَفَ فَلَا يُسْلِفْ إِلَّا فِي كَيْلٍ مَعْلُومٍ، وَوَزْنٍ مَعْلُومٍ»،
